Petrona LLC rental and property-management messages
Petrona LLC offers optional text messages from (475) 255-7720 for people who directly request information or services from Petrona LLC and expressly opt in. Messages concern Petrona LLC's own rental and property-management services: requested rental availability and listing photo links, showing and appointment updates, and tenant maintenance request updates. This program does not send third-party advertising, affiliate marketing, purchased-lead solicitations, or loan offers. SMS consent is specific to Petrona LLC; it is not consent to receive messages from other businesses.
Your choice and consent
To opt in, enter your mobile number on our rental inquiry form, voluntarily select the separate, unchecked SMS consent checkbox, and click Join rental list. Your request is submitted directly on this website and a confirmation with a reference number appears after it is saved. No email application is needed. Petrona LLC retains your mobile number, consent choice, the disclosure shown, submission time, and source page as the consent record. Leaving the SMS checkbox unchecked does not prevent you from submitting an inquiry.
We send messages under this program only after receiving your express consent. Providing a phone number, making a phone call, submitting an inquiry without checking the SMS box, or accepting general terms does not enroll you in this text program. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase, renting, or receiving services. You may contact us by phone or email instead.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies according to your inquiries, appointments, and maintenance requests. Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to or received from Petrona LLC. Contact your wireless provider for details about your plan.
Stop messages
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from Petrona LLC text messages at any time. After opting out, you may receive one confirmation message; no further messages will be sent under this program unless you opt in again. You can also request removal by emailing petronarealty@gmail.com.
